Dua After Dhuha Prayer In Arabic With Transliteration and English Translation

Dhuha prayer is a sunnah prayer that is done in the morning after sunrise until noon. More precisely, that is around 07:00 until before dhuhur time. The law of doing the dhuha prayer is sunnah, which means that if you do it you will get a reward, but if you don't do it you will not get anything.

Duha prayer has an even number of rak'ahs, which can be 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, and a maximum of 12 cycles. With the provisions of 2 rak'ah one time greeting. Although it is not an obligatory worship, but Duha prayer is a recommended practice because it has many virtues. اَللّٰهُمَّ اِنَّ الضُّحَآءَ ضُحَاءُكَ وَالْبَهَاءَ بَهَاءُكَ وَالْجَمَالَ جَمَالُكَ وَالْقُوَّةَ قُوَّتُكَ وَالْقُدْرَةَ قُدْرَتُكَ وَالْعِصْمَةَ عِصْمَتُكَ اَللّٰهُمَّ اِنْ كَانَ رِزْقِى فِى السَّمَآءِ فَأَنْزِلْهُ وَاِنْ كَانَ فِى اْلاَرْضِ فَأَخْرِجْهُ وَاِنْ كَانَ مُعَسَّرًا فَيَسِّرْهُ وَاِنْ كَانَ حَرَامًا فَطَهِّرْهُ وَاِنْ كَانَ بَعِيْدًا فَقَرِّبْهُ بِحَقِّ ضُحَاءِكَ وَبَهَاءِكَ وَجَمَالِكَ وَقُوَّتِكَ وَقُدْرَتِكَ آتِنِىْ مَآاَتَيْتَ عِبَادَكَ الصَّالِحِيْنَ

Allahumma innaddhuhaa’a dhuhaa uka.  Walbahaa’a bahaa uka. Waljamaala jamaaluka. Walquwwata quwatuka. Walqudrota qudrotuka. Wal’ismata ‘ismatuka. Allahumma inkaana rizqi fissamaa’i fa’anzilhu. Wa’inkaana fil ardhi fa’akhrijhu. Wa’in kaana mu’assaron fayassirhu. Wa’in kaana harooman fathohhirhu. Wa’inkaana ba’idan faqorribhu. Bihaqqi dhuhaa ika wabahaa ika wajamaalika waquwwatika waqudrotika aatini maa ataita min ‘ibaadikassolihiin.

Oh Allah, verily the time of Dhuha is, but Your time of Dhuha, all beauty is but Your beauty, all strength is but Your strength, all power is, but Your power and all protection is but Your protection. Oh Allah, if my rezqi is still in the skies, please let it down, and if it’s still in the ground, please let it out.

Please make it easier if it is hard. If it is haraam, please make it halal, and please make it nearer if it is still far away. The blessings of the time of Dhuha, Your greatness, Your beauty, Your strength, and Your power; bestow upon us all that you have bestowed unto Your righteous servants.

In addition to being able to find it easy to find sustenance in the world, there are still many virtues of establishing the Duha prayer, including the following:

1. The reward of alms

The virtue of performing the first dhuha prayer is that this sunnah prayer is considered a reward for alms. Whoever performs the Dhula prayer will be considered to be giving alms to all his members.

2. Not Regarded as Negligent

One of the hadiths regarding the virtues of the Duha prayer, namely :

“People who do the Duha prayer are not negligent,” (HR. Al-Baihaqi dan An- Nasa’i).

From this hadith, it can be interpreted that anyone who does the Duha prayer can be said to be a person who is not negligent. Therefore, to seek God's grace, we should do the dhuha prayer so that the negligent and negligent nature escapes us.

3. All past sins are forgiven

The virtue of doing the next dhuha prayer is that the sins that have been committed in the past will be forgiven. Sins as much as foam in the ocean will be forgiven for those who routinely do the dhuha prayer.

4. Get the Majestic Palace in Heaven

The Prophet SAW said: "Whoever prays dhuha 12 rakaat, Allah will build for him a palace in heaven". (Narrated by Tirmidhi and Ibn Majah)

From this hadith, it means that whoever regularly performs the Duha prayer, later in the future will get a magnificent palace in heaven.

5. Healthy Body

Doing the dhuha prayer at least 2 cycles, will actually nourish the body. All members of the body should always glorify Allah SWT.

6. Allah Suffices His Sustenance

Allah will always provide for our sustenance if we always do the dhuha prayer. So, if you have free time, it would be very good if you add a rak'ah. For example, adding to four rakaat.

7. Rewards for Umrah

The extraordinary virtue is that the reward for Umrah is perfect, if someone does it in conjunction with the Fajr prayer in congregation in the mosque. After doing the morning prayer in congregation, then sit quietly for dhikr or other worship until the time for dhuha arrives. After finishing the dhuha prayer then just go home.
